The Cerro Vecchio apartment is the "Little one" of our structure (95 square meters) is ideal to accommodate 4 to 5 people, is located on the ground floor with separate entrance. It consists of a large fully equipped kitchen (with oven, dishwasher and everything you need) with adjoining living area, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a nice sitting area with TV. There is no air conditioning but because there is no need because the thick walls of the house guarantee an ideal temperature. There is the possibility of adding a bed if you need it. It overlooks the swimming pool directly and the entrance is facing south. The view that can be admired from here while eating outdoors is really beautiful.

The Gorgaccia apartment is the largest available to you (180 square meters), ideal for sleeping between 8 and 10 people. You access it through a wide staircase, with an independent entrance, it is located on the first floor. It consists of a large living room with a large original fireplace, next to a large fully equipped kitchen (with oven, dishwasher and everything you need during your stay), the described lounge unfolds on 2 floors, in fact going up the stairs we meet another living room overlooking the former that has the function of realax area around which overlook the 4 double bedrooms (with double beds and single beds if necessary) and the 2 bathrooms with shower.

The Montalto apartment is our average apartment (165 square meters) and is ideal to stay between 6 and 8 people. You access the ground floor apartment through a veranda where you can relax and / or eat, the entrance is independent. It consists of a large room with a large fireplace (typical of our tradition), a kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and everything you need for your stay), 3 large double bedrooms, two bathrooms equipped with shower.
